Kathleen M. Vermilion, Esquire
Kathleen is an Associate in the Students’ Rights department of the firm. Kathleen focuses her practice on the needs of children and their families with regard to special education law and students’ rights, including transgender rights.
Kathleen attended Villanova University and received her B.A. in History and Secondary Social Education with a minor in Political Science. She began her career as a teacher having taught numerous subjects in the School District of Philadelphia. While in law school, Kathleen concentrated on civil rights and protecting the disadvantaged.
While at Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, Kathleen worked on the Law Review and graduated magna cum laude and in the top 10% of her class.
